GOOD TO KNOW
Questions before the start
No need to be fast, know everyone or own a club shirt. Start with one Saturday.
Can a beginner join?
Yes. Tell the group lead it is your first time and they will help you choose a comfortable distance and pace. There are running groups and a brisk walking group.
Do I need to register or pay?
The regular Saturday run is free and requires no registration. Races by other organizers have their own entry conditions.
